This information is collected solely to provide operational services such as call screening, call notifications, and message delivery.

• Deliver account notifications and call-related alerts
• Notify account holders of missed or screened calls
• Relay messages left by callers
• Support and improve our services

We do not use personal information for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Notifications

If you enable SMS notifications, messages are sent only to the account holder's own phone number and are limited to operational alerts related to inbound phone calls. Message frequency is event-driven.

You may disable SMS notifications at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate our services (such as telecommunications providers).

Google User Data

If you connect a Google Account to enable calendar features, we request the following OAuth scopes:

• openid, email, profile — to identify the connected Google account and display the email address in your account settings.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to read your calendar's busy/free times so the AI receptionist does not double-book you, and to create new calendar events when an appointment is booked on your behalf.

We do not request access to other Google services such as Gmail, Drive, or Contacts. We only access the calendar of the account you explicitly connected.

Limited Use Disclosure

Performance Home Solutions' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• Google calendar data is used only to provide and improve the appointment-booking feature you connected it for.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, such as encrypted storage with our cloud-hosting provider, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we obtain your explicit consent for specific support requests, are required to do so for security investigations, or are compelled by law.

Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. You can revoke our access at any time from your account settings by selecting “Disconnect calendar,” which calls Google's revocation endpoint and deletes our local copy of your tokens.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
